The most important is Toribia.Toribia it’s located near to Rincon de los Sauces town, Province of Neuquen, it’s the principal natural deposit of asphaltite because Asphaltum has other reservation to be explore this ore deposits called as Costa Mendez. Toribia is the only natural deposit in operation trought the Argentine territory. Reserves of this deposits are estimate on 5.000.000 tons. Asphaltite is a natural, solid, non-volatile bituminous substance of high molecular weight, consisting essentially of substantially
oxygen free hydrocarbon crystallizable bodies and paraffins. It is a crisp, light, mineral product, with few impurities and high calorific value, appearance and conoidal resinous fracture in fresh ways, provided with a high melting point, ´´high softening point and very low ash content

Asphaltite HTHP filtration control agent is a naturally occurring asphaltite used for reducing HPHT filtrate in diesel-, paraffinic- or mineral oil-based drilling fluids. With the addition of a water-wetting surfactant, it can be used in WBMs.
BENEFITS
The Asphaltite HTHP mineral is readily dispersible in diesel-, paraffinic- and mineral oil-based drilling fluids in which it controls HPHT fluid loss. In WBM it seals depleted sands and microfractures. In WBMs it can also stabilize sloughing shales.
Asphaltite is a bituminous material used in cementation of wells as an extender to lower the final density of slurries allowing to add extra water. This results in increased L/bag yield of mixtures with consequent cost impact decreased.
Asphaltite It is used as an additive with some types of carbon in metallurgical molding sands. Its volatility and its reducing power produces an ideal film between the metallic liquid and the sand of the mold, reducing the chances of defects in cast parts.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Asphaltite INK agent is a naturally occurring asphaltite used for black news ink and heat set and gravure ink. In addition to wetting and dispersing the carbon black pigment, the Asphaltite bonds the pigment to the paper producing the high gloss impression that resists rubbing. Asphaltite can be mixed with other natural and synthetic oils. resins and other additives to produce inks or paints suitable for different types of printing presses and printing applications.
